We are excited to announce the new dates for this year's Triennial ‘The Plot’. From Thursday 22 July, Folkestone will be transformed with over 20 exciting new artworks for everyone to enjoy! From then till Tuesday 2 November, you are invited to explore forgotten histories and discover new perspectives on Folkestone. The Triennial begins with London-based Rana Begum, who has bought colour and geometry down to Folkestone seafront by re-imagining the beach huts. In her signature style, Rana brings a symphony of colour to the coastline this spring. The perfect teaser for the forthcoming Triennial. Folkestone Triennial is one of the largest exhibitions of newly commissioned work in the UK. Artists from around the world are invited to use the town as their gallery, utilising public spaces to create artworks that reflect issues affecting both the town and the wider world.
